At Bella Bathrooms we have always prided ourselves on selling quality products as affordable rates. By working to this philosophy we have managed to vastly increase sales at Bella Bathrooms, meaning we can now buy bigger quantities and pass on these saving to our customers.
The downside to rapidly expanding is that we did not think that it would happen so fast! So the infrastructure at Bella Bathrooms was only geared to handle a certain level of customer enquiries and orders. Our phone lines were constantly busy, and we know from experience how irritating this is to customers!
We are working with Business Link and have implemented better internal procedures and have more than doubled our customer services team, along with investing in a new phone system with 6 incoming lines so that customers can always get through. We have also increased the hours that our customer services are open, now from 8am – 6pm, again to make things easier for our customers.
Also we appreciate that not everyone wants to call us with a question, so we have introduced an “Ask a product question”. The questions get sent directly through to customer services and we aim to answer them straight away, certainly during opening hours.
Our large deliveries (pallet items) used to be shipped twice per week, but due to our increased sales we have now got a new carrier who picks up from us daily, so we can get your items to you more quickly. And they are cheaper than our last carrier…. so again we can pass the saving on to our customers.
