As I was only replacing my enclosure on to an existing tray we did have to juggle the frame to make it fit. However the quality of the product is such that it was robust enough to make the best and water-tight fit. If my esisting tray had been one with a completely flat top (rather than a gentle slope inwards)- I am sure it would have fitted more snugly. This is definitely a two man job!
