Please read these terms of sales carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. By using this website and/or placing an order for goods you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions as set out below: *Please note:We cannot offer the same discount in store as we do online, this is simply because our warehouse has lower operating costs than our showrooms.If you would like to visit us and discuss any pre purchases via our online store you are more than welcome, but please note all online prices are strictly for online sales only. 7 Day money back guarantee Where stated we offer a no quibble money back guarantee, items must be returned at your cost. Goods must be fit for resale with all the original packaging, any goods or packaging that is not will be rejected, as unfortunately they are NOT in a resalable condition. Refund is on the product its self, not postage.
1.CONDITIONS 1.1 In these terms and conditions: 2.1 On completion of the order please check your receipt and ensure all details are correct. If in doubt contact our sales department immediately 2.2 If goods are ordered over a weekend, Bank Holiday or after 2.00pm the order date is taken as the next working date. 3. DESCRIPTION & PRICING OF GOODS 3.1 All prices quoted are valid for 30 days only or until earlier acceptance by you, after which time they may be altered by the Supplier without giving notice to you. 3.2 All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only, please check with manufactures for current specifications. 3.3 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are no longer available, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you within 5 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. 3.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specification) 3.5 We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. 4. PAYMENT 4.1 Payment of all goods on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. 4.2 By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided on the order form. 4.3 You must provide us with your exact address your credit card bank has on file for you. 5.1 When opting to pay by debit or credit card goods will only be delivered to the billing address as this helps credit card fraud, If selecting to pay by cheque goods can by delivered to any address within the UK. 5.4 Next day delivery is quoted in working days. 5.5 When purchasing multiple items you will only be charged 1 delivery fee for the largest item. Items are dispatched together unless arranged prior to purchase. 6. RISK 6.1 Small items are sent via Business Post on next day delivery, large items such as baths and shower enclosures are sent via Panic Transport on pallets. 7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS 7.1 If your goods are unsuitable you can return them within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us by ether post or email returns@bellabathrooms.co.uk and request a returns form. Goods must be fit for resale with all the original packaging, any goods or packaging that is not will be rejected, as unfortunately they are NOT in a resalable condition. All postal costs and packing of returned items rests with the sender and is none refundable. 7.6 If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods and or the loss in value of the goods. 8. WARRENTY 8.1 All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects from the manufacturer for a minimum of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) please consult the manufacture for warranty length times as this varies from product to product. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 8.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery or don’t correspond with specification (other than in respect of a bespoke specification), you should notify the Supplier in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown within the Contact Us section of the website below within 3 days from the date of delivery. 9. DATA PROTECTION Bella Bathrooms do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
