I am pleased with the mirror but had assumed the heating pad was integral and didn't need to be attached. The electrician said it was difficult to instal. It would be helpful if the description made it clear that the morror and heat pad are separate. (Posted on 20/12/2011)

I thought the heater pad would be already fixed to mirror and would be the full size of the mirror - it wasn't - I found a heated mirror complete, including shaver socket and touch on/off sensor for the same price - sorry folks (Posted on 05/12/2011)
