the unit was nice size and price ,but a big down mark is the way it has to be fitted ,instead of brackets or templates that are put on the wall to hang it to, you have to put the screws in the wall first and somehow line the three holes up while holding onto a heavy unit!! it was very hard and time consuming even for professional fitters!! I originally ordered this item, as part of a larger order, from another company but they messed me about for some time and I cancelled. I then bought this from Bella Bathrooms, whose web site is excellent and accurate, and the delivery time was exceptional.
