Delivered in pouring rain, I had to assist driver unload from side of large truck, I am 70 years old. (no tail lift, curtain side truck). After dragging loaded pallet into garage and opening packaging, I found the cabinet to be in pieces. Bella bathroom response was basic: Serves you right: You knew to check it: Hard luck. Spoke to two people in the office both very polite but was not going to be passed to anyone in the firm with higher authority! I was made to,and felt very stupid. A very expensive learning curve I wish I could afford to take this further. (Posted on 16/09/2011)

Delivery service was Excellent i was so impressed, there were cheaper on other sites, which i did order in the first place but delivery 5 weeks which should have been 5-10days, and no notice.
So i am very pleased with this company from start to finish i will choose them again

We were impressed by the delivery service etiquette. The delivery man waited patiently and assisted us in inspecting that there were no blemishes. I researched several suppliers and decided on Bella Bathroom mainly because of the ease of ordering and well laid out web site, very easy to navigate, good pictures and descriptions. Excellent communications relating to delivery. Was surprised at how good the quality was in reality. Well built, finished and assembled. Very pleased with the product.
