Having purchased a variety of bathroom furniture over recent years I've found this product to exceed the 'run of the mill'. The carcase is well assembled and doors and drawers work smoothly.

Unfortunately my unit arrived damaged but thanks to an efficient customer support team a replacement was soon on its way without quibbles!

There are a lot of bathroom providers on the internet but its only when things go wrong that you realise what personal service with direct access to a human (UK) voice really means.

Well done Bella bathrooms!

The installation of the product was not straight forward as we had a problem of getting the basin on the unit properly. There should be a way of securing the basing to the unit!
I would appreciate it if there was some simple instructions enclosed with the product. (Posted on 03/01/2012)

Now installed the unit's appearance speaks quality. Although, a couple of quibbles: - the carcass was delivered in a cardboard box:When opened I found the rear wall fixing strap to be broken off and in two pieces. As the plumber's arrival was imminent, I acqired a replacement of identical quality and fitted it myself. Fortunately the rest of the unit was unmarked! The other thing is that the drawers and the cupboard are too shallow for my wife's liking. I like the soft closing doors and the porcelain sink looks great. (Posted on 16/09/2011)

Looked round DIY stores for this style of basin but was horrified by the prices for much smaller and poorer quality units. Everything about this purchase was fantastic. It came earlier than expected, even had a courtesy phone call explaining what to do when the driver called with regards to checking the delivery.
The cabinet itself is of an excellent quality and pre-assembled.

When ordering this sink and unit I did so because cost was of upmost importance and it had to look good. Really thought this offer was too good to be true. Bella Bathrooms phoned me and told me what day they would be delivering and also gave a 2 hour time slot!!! Am well impressed with the unit, which looks very smart indeed, and the service. The 1050mm White Bathroom Vanity Unit was well described and illustrated in the brochure. The price was very competitive and the on-line ordering process simple.

I had to get a hand basin and vanity unit quickly tried the high street but it had to be ordered and it could take a up to three weeks to be delived, the units I could take out of the store were of bad quality. Found this vanity unit and bought it mainly due to the price but when I recieved it I was pleasently surprised to find it was so well made and a lot cheaper than the ones I had seen.
