Overall fantastic value. Wish I'd checked the delivery properly on arrival though, as two weeks later when it was unpacked we discovered the cistern was cracked from top to bottom. Had plumber on site doing the work so had to get a replacement from them. Apart from that though, excellent service and quality. Nice unit, but mainly reviewing to say how impressed I was with Bella Bathrooms - initially sent out wrong toilet seat (wasn't soft close), but after contacting them, swiftly sent out the right one without any fuss - fantastic customer service as we all like to think it should be - looks like it is with Bella Bathrooms! Cabinet has a quality finish. WC flushes well. Standard seat is very basic and the plastic is a bit soft. I wish I had upgraded to the soft-close option. I'm very likely to buy another of these for my second bathroom.
