This is a good product. The plumber who fitted it even commented on how good it was. The only downside was a damage to the toilet on the first delivery which I am sure was caused by the carrier and not yourselves. The carrier would not allow me to remove the other, non damaged items, from my pallet and then took a wek to return them to you for re-delivery. Fantastic design toilet, had it installed in to two shower rooms, nice size toilet pan not the usual small size... i purchased this with soft close seat, dissapointingly the soft close works only on the toilet lid not the hollow seat itself...Value for Money Looks Build Quality
