Was not looking forward to cutting a hole in my hot water tank but the instructions are very clear, and job was done with no problems at all. I now have the perfect water supply for my shower pump. Useful to have a complete solution rather than having to construct something from an Essex flange and pipe - the upwards bendgives you that extra bit of hot water. The only problem with this package is the shell cutter which is awful. You really do need to give it full revs on the drill and don't hold back - the shell cutter fell apart once the hole was cut. If you're only going to do this once then you can get away with it, otherwise you want to get a decent shell cutter. (Posted on 12/06/2011)Looks Build Quality Value for Money - Easy for a DIY'er.
