Very good pressure if not even too much pressure (I only used 15mm) pipe and ran pipe up in loft and 10m along for both hot and cold . Noisy ... everyone in the house knows when someone is taking a shower due to pump noise. Even with the pump sat on carpet in a cupboard. If you unplug the power it still gives an ok flow rate so when you need a shower at 3 am and don't want to wake the house you can turn the power off and you can still shower, albeit without loads of pressure.
