The flange was not at all hard to fit and the service, including delivery, was smooth and quick. The only down side is the accompanying hole saw is pretty much useless but I have a decent set so it didn't stop me being able to get the job done. Was not looking forward to cutting a hole in my hot water tank but the instructions are very clear, and job was done with no problems at all. I now have the perfect water supply for my shower pump. Useful to have a complete solution rather than having to construct something from an Essex flange and pipe - the upwards bendgives you that extra bit of hot water. The only problem with this package is the shell cutter which is awful. You really do need to give it full revs on the drill and don't hold back - the shell cutter fell apart once the hole was cut. This product is well made, it is supplied with a cutter that is adequate for the job once only. Fitting the inner back plate and seal is relativeley easy, the outer plate and seal are no problem at all. Once tightened, it creates a very good water tight seal. Would strongly reccomend the use of this flange with any shower pump to prolong pump life.
