My previous Aqualisa pump stopped working and I was advised ( by Aqualisa) that the QT120T was a direct replacemnt. The dimensions of the new pump proved to be different enough to require a full rework of the plumbing arrangements. However, having carried out the work, the new pump is now powering a shower cubicle, bath filling and a hand held shower on the bath. The new pump is significantly quieter, and as a bonus, has solved a shut-off problem on the shower.
The service from Bella Bathrooms was quick and efficient as well as offering a great price. (Posted on 24/11/2011)

This was a replacement of the same model (though the name had changed very slightly.) The previous one must have lasted about 5 years but then leaked. It seemed easier to buy the same again as the pipework did not have to be altered. The Price was fantastic, and the delivery in about 12 hours!! nWill use you again. (Posted on 11/05/2011)

Pump took a day longer to come than advertised on website, probably due to backlog over Christmas. A very good price especially compared to MRRP.

A straight replacement for a previous model, it's slightly wider which caused a moment's consternation as I tried to thread it through the maze of pipes.

Much quieter than the pump it replaced, seems to be coping ok so far. (Posted on 20/01/2011)

Had the first pump for 8 years. The time was right for a replacement although we probably could have repaired the old one. The Techflow people did offer a replacement kit. Decided to get a new one, same model. First time we've used Bella Bathrooms. Excellent price. Delivered the very next day. Fitted and running, and much quieter than my friend's powershower pump! This is the second QT120 I have purchased. The first one gave 3½ years service before it developed a drip from the hot end 2nd stage casing, which proved impossible to rectify, even with the 55 pound repair kit purchased from Techflow. Techflow do offer a repair service (130 pounds and 5 day turnaround) but Bella Bathrooms came up with a very attractive price for a new one which seemed more practical. The pump itself is very quiet in operation, has good performance, good build quality, and the first one never let me down before this annoying incurable drip, despite some very heavy use.
