Really loved everything about this product and could not recommend highly enough. Definitely check the available space as the height/bend is high. The mechanism to switch between the upper shower and the hand held shower leaked water initially so had get the plumber back in to tighten the component inside the part. That was today so I am hoping it has stopped. However - the problem I had is that I took time off work after I received a call confirming delivery (the day and 'AM' time), no one came, no one called and when I enquired I was told to expect a call back and no one did! So not a pleasant delivery experience especially as I lost pay, had to take 2 days off work and had to cancel the bathroom fitters!! (Posted on 12/04/2012)

the bend in the upper shower head is actually pretty high so you need a fair amount of roofspace in your shower area for it to fit comfortably. very nice once fitted- and great value too (Posted on 27/08/2010)
