Our online chat services , call back request and price match services mean we speak to our customers when it is convenient for them and help them with any queries you may have .
Also we appreciate that not everyone wants to call us with a question, so we have introduced an “Ask a product question”. The questions get sent directly through to customer services and we aim to answer them straight away, certainly during opening hours.
Our large deliveries (pallet items) used to be shipped twice per week, but so we can better serve our customers we have now got a new carrier who picks up from us daily, so we can get your items to you more quickly. And they are cheaper than our last carrier.... so again we can pass the saving on to our customers.
