Good product but slow customer service
I cannot fault the product but two weeks after ordering and no sign of delivery my patience had almost expired and only e-mails requesting a refund brought a response. Would I buy again? Only if the customer service improved.

A little expensive but far better quality than competition.
Excellent quality, maybe a little expensive, but compared to the others I've seen, it is a far superior product and should last a long time.
It can be made to accomodate a very large shower area or cut down, as in my case to fit the size of the bath. Cutting the stainless tubing requires a new hacksaw blade and great care but apart from that its easy to fit and is very sturdy.
Looks great too.

Excellent product at a good price
Was pleased with the rail. Good quality and easy to put up. Price? Would have loved to have been able to get it cheaper but Bella's price was the best I could find. A very satisfied customer.
